Verify the email used for purchase to recover a license key, download the software again, or free an activation slot from a device you replaced, reinstalled, lost, or can no longer access.
Enter the email address used at checkout. We will send a six-digit code if that address has an OMRGlobalTech purchase.
Remove it here. The old device does not need to be online. A remotely removed device is blocked from reclaiming the license until you explicitly allow it again. Then install on the replacement device and activate with the same license key.
A clean operating-system install can appear as a new device. Remove the old activation and activate the new installation. Cross-platform entitlement depends on the product: WorkoutStudio Pro shares one desktop license across supported Windows/macOS builds, while PrayerSync Mobile is separate from PrayerSync desktop.
Recovering a license does not restore local app data. Use each product's migration or sync feature before replacing a working device. WorkoutStudio Pro provides License & Backup and portable .omrbackup files.
For security, device access cannot be transferred using only a license key. Contact support so ownership can be verified before the purchase email is changed.
