Refund Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
Digital software purchases
Because software and license keys are delivered digitally, refund eligibility may be limited once a product has been downloaded, activated, or substantially used. We nevertheless want purchases to be fair and will review reasonable refund requests in good faith.
Request window
Unless a product page states a different policy, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Include the order email and a brief reason for the request. Approval may depend on product usage, activation state, duplicate purchases, technical compatibility, or other circumstances.
Technical issues
If software does not work as described on a supported system, contact support first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot reasonably resolve a qualifying issue, a refund may be approved.
Computer replacement and accidental duplicate purchases
Replacing, reinstalling, losing, or upgrading a computer does not require a new purchase when the existing license permits device reassignment. Use the License Center to recover the original license and free an activation slot. If you accidentally purchase the same product again because you believed a replacement computer required another license, contact support promptly; verified duplicate purchases may be refunded or otherwise corrected in good faith.
Non-refundable situations
Examples may include abuse of the refund process, purchases significantly outside the request window, license sharing, policy violations, or cases where substantial value has already been consumed.
Payment-provider rules
Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may also be subject to the payment provider's processing rules and timelines.
